My Background

I use many different mediums, such as wax, inks, oils, acrylics, pencils, and pastels.

Looking at art always inspires me. I worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art for many years and during my breaks I would spend time browsing the galleries. When I worked there, the museum was closed on Mondays. I remember spending hours just lying on the floor at the deKooning exhibition as if wrapped in a warm colorful blanket of great painting. contemporary painter mixed media art

Mikelfrankart Collaboration
